CNC Milling

Whether it's prototype or production work, our CNC milling machines can fill your order. For one-off jobs and short-run production, our Bridgeport Interact vertical milling machine can handle parts up to 18"x12"x5" with precision everytime.

If your demand requires a larger machine envelope or larger quantities, our Haas VF-1 vertical machining center answers the call with its 20"x16"x20" travel and 16-station ATC.

CNC Turning

For small diameter bar operations or short chucking jobs requiring extremely high precision, our Hardinge CHNC Super Precision CNC lathe holds tolerance up to 0.00005". The CHNC can turn bars up to 3/4" diameter and 12" long or run shorter chucking jobs up to 4" diameter.

Our 3-axis Hardinge SuperSlant with live tooling can handle up to 1-5/8" bar stock with 15" travel. For complex geometries or combined turning/milling operations, the live tooling is a must.

Manual Milling & Turning

Not all jobs require the sophisticated nature of a CNC machine but still need the precision of a quality machine and machinist. For your manual milling applications, we are equipped with a variable-speed Bridgeport knee mill with DRO and a heavy-duty Cincinnatti knee mill for jobs that require added rigidity.

When it comes to manual turning applications, our wide array of engine and toolroom lathes can handle any job from short pins a fraction of an inch in diameter to large 24-inch diameter parts which can be turned up to 8-foot long.

Reverse Engineering / Reproduction

Have a part you need reverse engineered to copy or create drawings for? Our Sheffield Cordax 1805 CMM allows us to precisely measure and recreate your parts on the computer for drawing and/or machining purposes. Be it a prototype, one-of-a-kind part you created without drawings that now needs to be documented or a non-production worn-out part that needs to be reproduced for replacement, the Cordax is the key!

Design & Engineering
Looking to develop a new product line or want engineering consultation on an existing product? Years of experience in mechanical and aerospace engineering coupled with state-of-the-art design and computational software give us the edge you need to make your product a success. Close ties with local universities augment our in-house engineering capabilites and allow us to offer our customers enhanced testing and computational services.

Outsourced Services
For those occasions where our in-house facilities don't fullfill all of your project's needs, we have a local network of metal finishers and specialty shops. From powder-coating to annodizing to polishing, we've got your parts covered.
